Sonik Turbospod 14000 Reel
The Turbospod 14000 has been designed for spodding at speed.
With its ultrafast gear ratio of 5.7: this reel is capable
of a massive 1.45m of retrieve per handle turn!
Built as a workhorse reel, the wormshaft gear system, floating
rotor line guard and oversize twist free line roller, makes easy
work of spodding at range.
The Turbospod 14000 is exceptionally robust and has a stainless-steel
main shaft and a hi-strength graphite body and rotor, keeping it a
light, 680gm for its size.
Other features include open bail rotor lock, super slow oscillation
for perfect line lay and three captive line clips on the spool for
triple spot marking. For cranking at speed the silk black anodised
CNC aluminium handle is fitted with a comfy moulded rubber hand grip.
Add in a shallow cast spool which is compatible with most modern-day
spodding braids, including Sonik’s Subsonik Spod/Marker braid and
you have the perfect long-range spodding reel.
Each Turbospod reel comes complete with a Sonik branded finger stall
to protect your finger when casting with braid.
