Gardner Covert Flexi Hook Swivels
Gardner Covert Flexi Hook Swivels have been designed as the perfect
component for mounting a hookbait onto the hook shank or mounted
onto D-rigs.
In essence they allow extra free movement of the hookbait, with free rotation
and uninhibited pivoting of the hookbait. Essentially, this free movement means
that the hook mechanics are un-inhibited and this means that the hook reacts
and takes purchase even faster – even if the fish clamps down on the hookbait
in its mouth.
Incorporating a Flexi Hook Swivel like this also improves the separation between
the hookbait and hook as the small swivel is mounted on a Covert large Rig Ring .
This integral Rig Ring has a 3mm internal diameter, so it fits perfectly onto all Gardner
Covert Dark Micro barbed hooks and can be held securely in place with Covert Hook
Stop when you mount the hook bait on the hook shank.
Covert Flexi Hook Swivels simply work superbly on any rig that previously used just
a swivel or a rig ring to mount the hookbait; so that includes all D-rigs (Clone, hinged stiff, etc),
German rigs, Multi rigs, and of course the amazing Ronnie Rig!
